Personal limits

Pa.borgataonline.com offer its customers the opportunity to set individual daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits and wagers. All requests for limit decreases will be implemented immediately; requests for limit increases only become valid after a delay (1 day for daily limit, 7 days for weekly limits and 30 days for monthly limits) and an additional confirmation of the request.

Furthermore, customers can opt into a time management system that allows you to limit your daily time on our site. Once your daily time limit is reached, you will be prevented from further play.  All requests for limit decreases will be implemented immediately; requests for limit increases only become valid after a delay (1 day for daily limit, effective 24 hours after the request; 7 days for weekly limits, effective at the start of the following week; and 30 days for monthly limits, effective the 1st of the following month) and an additional confirmation of the request.

Time-Outs

pa.borgataonline.com customers are able to temporarily suspend their account by enacting a timeout period from further gaming for if they have developed gambling-related problems or feel at risk of developing gambling-related problems. You can temporarily suspend your account for any period from 3 to 365 days. Any person requesting temporary timeout request to cool-off from online wagering, shall submit his or her request through their Internet gaming account. Once your account is created, log in and go to My Account and select the “Responsible Gaming” option. From there you are able to follow the prompts to elect the desired length of your timeout from play.

Should you want to permanently close your account for responsible gambling reasons, you may contact the Customer Service team to do so.
