MONOPOLY Board Gameplay

Tokens start each spin at the corners of the board. Houses and Hotels are distributed randomly on the board.

A Property can have up to 4 Houses or a Hotel. A Hotel counts as 5 Houses.

Dice can appear on Hat, Boat, Car and Dog. Dice determine how far each Token moves around the board.

A Token can randomly increase its initial multiplier up to x500. Each Token moves when the dice are rolled on the corresponding symbol in the reels. The Token's multiplier increases by 1 for every three spaces.

Card Bonuses

When a Token lands on CHANCE or COMMUNITY CHEST, a Card Bonus is revealed: move to a random position, move 3 steps forward, move 3 steps backward, award a Bonus Prize, or trigger Free Spins.

CHANCE Bonus Prizes award 0.25–5 times stake.

COMMUNITY CHEST Bonus Prizes award 0.1–5 times stake.

Bonus Prizes are multiplied by the Token's multiplier.

Free Spins

CHANCE and COMMUNITY CHEST can trigger Free Spins. 12 Free Spins are awarded, plus 6 for each extra trigger.

Token positions, multipliers, Houses, and Hotels persist during Free Spins.

Landing on WATER WORKS or ELECTRIC COMPANY awards the value of the Token Multiplier times stake.

Train Stations award retriggers. If 1, 2, 3 or 4 Tokens land on Train Stations, then 1, 3, 7 or 15 extra Free Spins are awarded, respectively.

Free Spins Card Bonuses

When a Token lands on CHANCE or COMMUNITY CHEST during Free Spins, a Card with one of the following outcomes is revealed:

Advance to a position 2–12 spaces ahead.

Increase the multiplier meter by 2–12 steps.

Add 2–12 Houses to the Board.

When all properties have a Hotel, a Multiplier Boost occurs. Each Token Multiplier is increased by 50–250, and all Cards that add Houses are replaced by Multiplier Boost cards for the remainder of the Free Spins.

The stake that was used to trigger the Free Spins will be used for the Free Spins duration. At the end of the Free Spins, the total winnings for the spins will be displayed. Any winnings will be credited into the player's account and regular play then resumes.

The RTP is defined at different stages or modes of the game.

Overall RTP: 94.45%

Bonus Buy RTP: 94.53%
